1. PRODUCT SEARCH

Deciding when to give an award and what it recognizes varies greatly depending on the organization or corporation. Take advantage of our powerful and extensive selection of award designs.  Our site is conveniently arranged to allow you to search based on your criteria to zero in on your budget and needs. Search from a large variety of crystal, glass and acrylic pieces, as well as from categories such as accolades, obelisks, eagle awards, golf awards, star awards, plaques, framed awards, and corporate gifts.

2. PLACING YOUR ORDER
Enter your order online through our convenient shopping cart or call us at 866.989.5099 for our expert advice and guidance.  Our mission is to offer a smooth ordering process and the very best customer service in the industry.  We are here to assist you in finding the ideal award to meet all of your objectives.  Our staff is friendly, and experienced in all forms of recognition.  All you need to do is call.  

Initial detail is KEY.  
You can enter your order specifications through our new online ordering system or we can supply you with an order form that should include everything you want to put on your award and the order it should appear.  Here are the important points we feel should always be included:

Corporate Logo – make your award appear more professional and complete (or the Donor name if not using a logo). You want the recipients to know who has recognized  their accomplishments.
Title – create a name for your award and add a brief description of the achievement or purpose of recognition.
Recipient name(s) – for long lists, please provide names in an excel file, exactly as you would like them to appear on the award.      Ex. first name, last name, ie: Gail Miller
Date or Year – give credibility to the date of the presentation or period of the recognition.

3. FREE LAYOUT PROOF 
After your order commitment is made, we will provide you with a meaningful layout (proof) of your award for your approval prior to releasing for production. The proof is a layout of your logo, title, and copy into a great looking arrangement.  Proofs are sent via e-mail, generally within 48 hours of order placement.  To see what a standard proof looks like, visit our artwork information page.  
Proofs will help you visualize what your award will look like when completed.  Show it to any decision makers for feedback before securing approval to proceed with your order. 

For proofs, you need to send us your logo, electronically in vector art (.ai or .eps format) to artwork@corporateawardssource.com.
If you cannot obtain the vector art version of your logo, we will be able to convert it for a nominal art conversion charge.  This may add up to 48 hours to production time, so whenever possible, vector art would be your format of choice.


4. ORDER PROCESSING
Our helpful staff will assist you every step of the way from name lists, to in-hand dates, to logistics.  If you have a time sensitive order, we will move heaven and earth in making every effort to meet even an impossible time frame.  
If you need an order quickly, please check out our quick ship items.  We truly believe that there are solutions for even an impossible situation... miracles, of course, take a little longer. There is a greater chance of error on either side when rushing through the order process. 
Please do keep in mind that we do continue to do our best work when given reasonable lead time.

5. FOLLOW UP 
We will follow your order all the way to the presentation, if need be.  We want your event to be perfect, with memories that will last a lifetime.
